New Year's, Asses, Lipstick & Selfies

This morning I was all set to take a butt pic to be accountable...
Then I saw it and felt horribly embarrassed.
What an effin' slap in the face, or rather ass.
Yeah, so I suck apparently.
Funny how I've convinced myself that I still looked pretty much the same.
I've been assured it's not as bad as I personally envision, but when you're used to a certain level of ass-building...
Well, here we go back on the wagon.
Be prepared that I may begin gratuitous selfies again, as they keep me on track.

On to something fun.
Things have been slightly heavy lately.
Okay, that sounded bad, nothing earth shattering, just changes and stupid annoying stuff.
Those of you who know me, know I disappear sporadically to deal and try to bounce back with silly fun perverted stuff. I mean everyone has heavy stuff, right?
So, I have read some funny, hilarious, crazy books, been browsing the humor on pinterest...
and obviously munching on pizza and such a little too much.

In an effort to keep life light, my New Year's resolutions are going to be fun.
I'm going to try and wear red lipstick or bold lipstick daily!
It's silly, but it does put me out of my comfort zone.
It doesn't do anything to change anything. It's just something I want to try.
I've been challenged by some girlfriends to do the Instagram thing.
So, I may try to do that -
red lipstick, asses, smut and fun?
Why the hell not?

I won't lie.
I'm a total slacker.
So many fun and weird and exciting things going on.
My gym and food and been on the steady slide down.
I did do proper food prep this week...after a discussion with my bro who gave me a verbial slap and kick in the rear to get my priorities back in order.
I know many do not follow, and that's cool, but I may be posting more to keep myself accountable.
The only thing that is sticky is there is probably going to be a move and we are finding it incredibly difficult to find internet and cell phone service in the area, lol.
It will work out though.
Anyway, be prepared to see my fat ass getting back in gear, and hopefully as fierce as ever.
Okay, I'm not completely gone, we've agreed on that, but I have accumulated a wee bit o winter fluff.
Isn't that why winter clothes are so forgiving?

COVER REVEAL!! Al Daltrey's A Condo With Two Views

Cover Reveal

A Condo with Two Views
By Al Daltrey
Available Tuesday January 6, 2015
Genre- BDSM Erotica

Men and women see the world differently, as do dominants and submissives. A Condo With Two Views is told from two perspectives: Jack’s and Chloe’s. Jack is a loving and protective... husband, but with a kinky penchant for sharing his willing wife. Chloe is smart and strikingly beautiful, and obeys every command from her husband, no matter how perverse. Each gives their view of the story: one where Chloe must submit to a grungy caretaker, a sexy lesbian couple, an evil developer, an older sadist, and the list goes on. But, what happens when she’s pushed too far? Is the deep love of a husband and wife more powerful than the bond of a dominant and submissive? What will win out, love or bdsm?

*This story contains STRONG BDSM. While fully consensual, it includes submission, dominance, sadism and masochism. Please do NOT buy or read this if you are offended by graphic sexual descriptions including sexual violence. All characters are aged 25+, and it is recommended for an adult audience ONLY (aged 21+). This story is pure fiction and the author does not condone any violent behavior.

By day I work in Marketing, which involves a fair amount of writing. Therefore, I never really had an interest to write for pleasure. When you do it all day, the last thing you want to do when you get home, is more writing. All the while, as my career progressed, so did my involvement in the BDSM lifestyle.
This interest in kinky sex started in my University years. Like most men, I loved meeting women, and especially the occasional one who didn't mind being tied up, or blindfolded, or spanked. All sex was great, but kinky sex was more exciting, more exhilarating, and more fulfilling.
Over the years I was lucky enough to meet my fair share of submissive women. And don't for a minute think these women were weak. Outside the bedroom they were confident, opinionated, gregarious and self-assured. However, inside the bedroom (so to speak) they wanted to feel the strong firm hand of a dominant man taking complete control.
Eventually I found the perfect partner, and am happily in a relationship.
One day, I flipped my laptop open, and to my surprise - I had an urge to write a BDSM story. Soon I had 20 pages, then 40, then 60. The novel that resulted was 'Testing the Submissive'.  The response was overwhelmingly positive, and the reviews excellent - all of which motivated me to continue writing. 'A Condo With Two Views' is my second full length novel, with other projects in the works. If you decide to give any of my writing a try, I hope you enjoy it!

YUM! Breakfast Fun ~ Getting back on track

In the quest to regain my control and get back on track, it's been food prep and experimentation time. Since I am in the off season, I get to play a little more.
Pulled out the old Clean Eating magazines, some old M&F Hers and have been browsing.
Of course, there's always the vortex of pinterest.
I found this intriguing little number on pinterest.
Now, I wouldn't eat these everyday or anything, but on the weekend or switch things up, oh yeah!
I mean I love my protein pancakes I make with my eggs, oats and cinnamon, but variety is great.
This recipe is from
Banana Breakfast Cheesecakes
I mean, how could you not love that?
I did switch out the honey and used stevia instead.
I also was out of applesauce, so I used 2 T unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
I also added a little cinnamon to my ground oats.
All in all, they came out yummy.
An added bonus? My serving size was both!
Yeah, because I gets more food than the average Jane.
Banana Breakfast Cheesecakes
Yield: 2 cheesecakes
Serving Size: 1 cheesecake
Banana Breakfast Cheesecakes
These creamy cheesecakes are bursting with banana flavor! The recipe can easily be doubled or tripled too. Store the cheesecakes wrapped tightly in plastic wrap in the refrigerator until ready to eat. Do not reheat.

2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
6 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp honey
¼ c mashed banana
½ tsp cornstarch
¼ tsp vanilla extract
  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F, and lightly coat 2 jumbo-sized muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the oats and applesauce. Divide the mixture in half, and press into the bottoms of the prepared muffin cups. Bake at 300°F for 8 minutes. Cool in the pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and honey until smooth. Mix in the banana, cornstarch, and vanilla. Spread the filling on top of the cool crusts. Bake at 300°F for 19-22 minutes, or until the centers still jiggle slightly when the pan is gently shaken. Cool to room temperature in the pan before covering with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
Note: To make your own instant oats, add the same amount of old-fashioned oats to a food processor and pulse 5-8 times until coarse. Gluten-free oats may be used to create gluten-free cheesecakes.

So here I am

So, here you go.
Life has been, well, I don't know, what it is for everyone.
I guess, I still use food as a comfort.
Although, I find as I grow older, I handle certain surprise or shocking situations far differently than I did when I was younger.
However, let's face it, mac n cheese soothes the shaky soul.
So here is an accountability photo.
This is almost eight months past competition.

Things are changing in my life... as always.
I refuse to let food take control again, so here's to taking the reigns and getting better.
But, oh, there's some mac n cheese!
